Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using RevLens, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use RevLens on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
These terms are tailored to the current RevLens product: an event-based analytics workspace with account sign-in, per-site tracking keys, product recommendations, and subscription billing tied to usage.
By accessing or using RevLens, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use RevLens on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
You may use RevLens only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for your account credentials, workspace setup, configured project domains, and the analytics data your implementation sends to the platform.
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with the tracker or hosted application, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer restricted parts of the platform, or use RevLens to store or process unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
You retain ownership of the data you submit to RevLens, including site configuration, pageview records, custom event data, and workspace content. You grant RevLens the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, transmit, and display that data solely to operate and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, notices, and consents to collect and share customer data with RevLens, including any consent required for cookies, analytics, session replay alternatives, or cross-domain attribution on your own properties.
RevLens may offer a free trial and paid subscriptions priced by tracked event volume. Paid plans are billed on the schedule presented at checkout and renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with your billing settings or any separate written agreement.
Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. We may change pricing for future billing periods by providing reasonable advance notice, and continued use of a paid plan after new pricing takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated fees.
Plan usage may be measured using tracked pageviews and custom events sent through the RevLens script or API. Presence heartbeats and similar operational signals may be excluded from usage limits where the product says they are not counted.
You are responsible for implementing instrumentation responsibly. You may not artificially inflate usage, send malformed data to manipulate pricing, or attempt to bypass site keys, event limits, or other service controls.
We work to keep RevLens available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, analytics models, recommendation systems, and plan packaging may evolve over time.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time, including beta or preview functionality, when needed for operational, security, legal, or product reasons.
You may stop using RevLens at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users, or if continued service is no longer commercially or legally feasible.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions, will remain in effect.
RevLens is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevLens and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, goodwill, or data.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page and may provide additional notice through the product or account communications.
